Episode 59: What's in a Contract???
Podcast Summary:
As Master Nick and Lady Dee renegotiate their contract, this is the perfect time to discuss contracts what they are, what belongs in it and ways to create it. While they are subjective and very personal, there are some general guidelines that you can follow when creating your first contract or, as we are actively doing, negotiating as part of an update to an existing contract.
Favorite Part of the Episode:
Master Nick–Taking the time to research contracts again, there is more information that I have found since the last time I researched.
Lady Dee–That Master Nick poked at our friend Dante for the second time. It made me laugh so much.
What we want you to take away from this episode:
Master Nick–Contracts are just like relationships; they are all different. Take the time to really understand what you need out of your relationship and define it in your contract.
Lady Dee–We truly believe in contracts and with ours, as you can tell, we are able to discuss items freely and openly.
Something to be taken back or something we need to expand upon from this episode:
Master Nick–Lady Dee is very good at communicating inappropriately which I plan to address in the contract negotiation.
Lady Dee–Master Nick said he 100% agrees we need to split things up with regards to household tasks.
